Kaiyi Wang

Kaiyi Wang is a master's student at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Central University of Finance and Economics, under the supervision of Professor Guangtao Yu and Xiji Zhu. She received her bachelor's degree in human resources from Central University of Finance and Economics. Her research interests include diversity and inclusion (D&I), acceptance of disability, PWD's proactive career behavior. Most recently, she focused on presenteeism in Chinese samples and wrote her senior thesis.
