Peiyi Zheng

Peiyi Zheng is currently a prospective master's student at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University, under the supervision of Prof. Xiji Zhu. He obtained a Bachelor's degree at the College of Foreign Languages and Cultures at Xiamen University. His research interests include diversity, employee proactive behavior, and leadership. Presently, he is particularly interested in exploring how job crafting by employees with disabilities impacts their colleagues and organizations.
